ABOUT ME

Opeyemi is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specializing in Library and Information Studies. She holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Ibadan, where she graduated top of her class with First Class Honors. With experience as a junior faculty member at Lead City University and as a librarian at Lead City University Library, Opeyemi combines her academic achievements with hands-on experience in information science. Her work is driven by a passion for advancing research and practice in the field, mentoring future scholars, and contributing to the development of knowledge infrastructure.

Achieved First Class Honors in Library and Information Studies from the University of Ibadan (GPA: 6.1/7.0). Research focused on the accessibility and usage patterns of Online Public Access Catalogues (OPAC) by undergraduate students, shedding light on digital resource utilization in Nigerian academic environments.
